Level 4 - Team Training
Dealerships are mandated to provide ongoing cybersecurity training for their entire staff.
The intent of this training is to help your team understand common security terms, how to identify suspicious emails/links/social engineering & how to use the modern identity & security tools used in a dealership that’s compliant with the Safeguards Rule.
In this 4-hour course, your team will learn why changes are being mandated by the Federal government, their role in ensuring your customers sensitive information is protected & explore the common causes of information security breaches.
Each attendee will take a test to make sure they walk away with the intended awareness; they will also receive a certificate of completion attesting to their capabilities.
